The cube needs to be loosened a bit in order to corner cut effectively so it does lose some stability but it has a good feeling to it. it's somewhat like marbles hitting each other. it's very loud when you solve as fast as you can.
I was a little surprised when I tried this cube because I tried the base qiyi m pro from a friend and it did not peek my interest but I saw this one on sale so I thought , why not. out of the box it was FASSSST and unstable but I compressioned it to click 7 and it was stable and it still kept its speed. moyu lube v1 works great in it . I almost got my first ever sub 10 single on it but then I got a H Perm and the m moves overshoot so I did'nt get it. I have had this cube for 2 months now and its held up well. Qiyi great job.
This cube isn't bad at all smooth turns not bad corning corner cutting. A little blocky but fun to use.
The qiyi m pro is a very stable but quick cube, the maglev makes it fast while the ballcore stabilizes it. Corner cutting is 45 and line to line. Overall this cube is a great beginner to intermediate cube.
The main issue with this cube is that there are a lot of better options I even find the MP to be a better cube in performance where this cube is very wobbly, if you really want a ball core uv coated cube for the price it gets the job done although I would honestly go with the Guhong pro or rs3 v5 instead
