Out of all the 3x3 shape mods I've tried, this is my favorite. It isn't much harder to solve than a standard 3x3, but the centers have to be oriented. That adds a fun extra challenge. This cube is sturdy and doesn't pop apart. The turning is smooth, but rather dry sounding. The cube takes on a jagged shape as you solve it, so don't expect it to be a super-fast cube. Without any adjustments, it doesn't have a lot of corner-cutting, but it's enough to prevent it from locking up. The overall feel and performance of the cube makes for enjoyable turning. This is a fun and satisfying puzzle to solve, and I am happy I purchased it.
