I think it turns really well, it does catch a lot IF your used to a speed cube.
I only just got my first speed cube along with this one, and I still like it after getting used to the other one.
It came with some extra pieces that I was able to use as a piece remover,
But I still couldn't get the center pieces off easily.
NOTE: every cube might not come with extra pieces.

Love the Lego aspect where you can change colors and make patterns on the cube to alter difficulty level.
