Came broken...

I ordered two $10 open box mystery puzzles. I got a qiyi uv ivy cube and a moyu wrs 2x2.

Both came in box and with all the accessories which was nice for used puzzles.

I love my ivy cube and i figured out how to solve it within a couple minutes.

My only 2x2 is a non magnetic qiyi, so the wrs was a pleasant surprise. However, my 2x2 came with one of the stems broken off a piece.

I emailed costumer service about the broken cube. I will update this review once i hear back.

Overall, i would recommend this if you want to be surprised with a random puzzle for a good deal. Just keep in mind that you might receive broken puzzles or missing pieces if you order open box.

Update: The customer service dealt with the problem amazingly and i received the replacement part free of any extra charge after about a week. I'm changing to 5 stars. Thank you Speedcubeshop :)

25$ Open Box

I decided to try the 25$ open box, and got a QiYu Magnetic Clock. I’m a bit disappointed as shipping was 4 days late, but also it’s shipping fault, not scs. Only complaint is that I already have a clock, but this one is better so and it’s also not there fault. The clock costs 47$ cad, and I paid 40$ cad for the open box puzzle so I guess it’s a win
