Functionally, this puzzle is mostly fine, kinda even overkill considering it has magnets in it on the slice layer. The plastic on one piece has started to crack just under normal use, within about a month and a half of having this puzzle. This puzzle is just not a challenge at all. You can solve it by turning randomly, or with just the slightest amount of intuition. It's basically if you took a Square-0 and got rid of all the colors except for yellow and white top and bottom, cause those are the only parts that are differentiated from each other. I've added some spare stickers to mine to turn it into basically a normal Square-0, which is probably the puzzle you should get instead of this. I don't have one, but I would think that plastic would hold up better too. I picked this up for cheap on Black Friday so I don't feel to bad about it, but I would say its not worth the regular price at all.
