So my son was really excited to receive 2 cubes, the 6 by 6 & the 7 by 7, but on the 1st use, 2 pieces popped off. I thought it was a defect but then read it's not. He might've had it too loose or forced a movement so to protect it from breaking, it's designed to pop off the pieces (that's what I understood) I communicated via email & the company made it right sooo fast. The person was friendly & patient. I asked for a video w/ solution to our specific problem & received it within a few hours. I'm amazed at the wonderful customer service. My son is overjoyed to know that instead of returning it, it's been fixed & can now solve it for his talent show this week. Thanks again!
It's good for just starting out with 7x7 but it's pops really easily, I've had it for a month or 2 and two peices popped out and I lost them
