The J Perm WR M MagLev is an upgraded version of the J Perm RS3 M 2020 that's oriented more towards faster cubers. It's set up with Lunar and Galaxy, and the spring compression is set to the lowest setting. Combined with MagLev technology, the cube becomes very fast at the expense of some stability. Beginner speedcubers may find the cube to be too difficult to control; however, high-level speedcubers can take advantage of the cube's speed to reach their maximum TPS.

Tension Tips
J Perm actually has his big cubes tensioned slightly looser than how they come out of the box.
"For the big cubes, what I've done is I've popped out the center caps in order to loosen them... this can help make your cube faster, but the problem with making your cube faster is it also makes it looser and that can make popping happen more often, where the piece actually comes out."

The J Perm big cubes are intentionally a little bit tighter out of the box to prevent pops. If you're a beginner speedcuber, then it makes sense to keep the tensions as they are so the cube doesn't pop when you accidentally corner cut. However, if you're a confident big cube solver with accurate turning, then loosening the cubes to make them faster may be beneficial to maximize your speed.
